Product Manager (Relocation to Dubai)

Full-Time

This role requires close collaboration with designers, developers, and stakeholders, so we are looking for someone who is data-savvy, customer-focused, and proactive in driving the product vision forward. In this role you will:

  • Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond. Ensure the product vision aligns with company goals and customer needs.
  • Engage directly with users to understand their pain points, and gather insights through data to identify key problems to solve.
  • Work closely with the design, engineering, and sales teams to brainstorm solutions, define product features, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Use data to prioritize features and improvements, analyze post-launch performance, and iterate based on feedback and metrics.
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of key features.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to keep the product innovative and competitive in the market.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management within the B2B SaaS space is a must.
  • Experience in a product-driven company, with a strong preference for those with experience in the e-learning or related industries.
  • Proven track record of understanding customer needs and translating them into successful product features.
  • Comfortable using data to drive decisions, set KPIs, and track success.
  • Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of the product and its success.
  • Strong communicator who enjoys working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
