Product Manager (RELEX Supply Chain Planning)

RELEX Product team is pivotal in ensuring our continued growth. We build industry-leading products that fulfill the needs of the world’s largest and most advanced retailers and manufacturers.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to be responsible for developing the technology platform for RELEX Supply Chain Planning solutions. You would join our Platform Product team and look after Supply Chain Planning solution backend and infrastructure related services, ensuring our customers the best performance and high SLA delivery, but also great operational efficiency. 

To ensure close collaboration with the development teams, the preferred physical location is Helsinki or at least the candidate needs to be able to align to Helsinki working hours and visit on a semi-regular basis. 

What You'll Be Doing: 

• Product Strategy and Vision: Developing and communicating a vision and strategy for technology platform in collaboration with the wider Product and R&D function
• Product Discovery: Collaboration and requirement collection from internal stakeholder groups as well as end customers
• Roadmap Development: Creating and maintaining a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer requirements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with other Product teams, Engineering, Operations, Marketing and Sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Feature Definition and Prioritization: Defining product features and requirements and ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy.
• Performance Tracking and Optimization: Analyzing product performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve the product and drive better platform cost efficiency without jeopardizing quality.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicating product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and buy-in. 

There are many people who you can expect support from and to collaborate with, such as Engineering Directors, Technical Architects, Program Managers and Heads of Product. Also, there will be other Product Managers dealing with responsibility areas adjacent to yours whom you will collaborate with.  

We Are Looking For: 

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably from enterprise level SaaS solution technology platform.
• Good understanding of cloud technologies, virtualization, networking, large-scale computing infrastructure and process automation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Deep empathy for users and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools for managing product development. 

What We Consider as an Advantage: 

• Familiarity with microservices architecture, containerization, Kubernetes and AI technologies
• Previous experience from in-memory computation or hybrid cloud infrastructure operating 
• Product management certifications (e.g. SAFe, Pragmatic Marketing).
