What would you be doing?
- Take ownership of one of Plivo’s products to define a long-term roadmap.
- Engage with customers and cross-functional teams to design, deliver, and support the product.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritise product stories in engineering sprints.
- Work closely with engineering teams on new features and critical bugs.
- Handle internal and external stakeholder management.
- Define and execute the product roadmap.
- Develop and conduct product training programs.
The buck stops with you on the following key aspects of the product:

Product Quality: Address bugs, ensure uptime, stability, and manage the testing process.

Product Development: Focus on user experience, and work on new features and enhancements.

P&L: Oversee pricing, packaging, and margins.

Sustainability: Enable Sales, Support, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
Who would be the right fit?
- At least 4 years of overall experience, including 2 years of prior PM experience.
- A software development background is required.
- Experience working with REST APIs is a bonus.
- Proven experience in stakeholder and customer management.
