We are seeking a Product Manager - Platform to join our team for this hybrid opportunity out of our Waltham, MA or St. Peterburg, FL office.

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and technically proficient Product Manager to join our platform team. This Product Manager will focus on our delivering new, centralized functionality to our customers, such as APIs, product configuration, and data reporting enhancements. The Product Manager will help our customers to get even more value from their Imprivata partnership with less work. Come join us and help deliver a world-class platform to our customers!

Duties and Responsibilities

Do discovery with customers and partners and perform market research to understand and synthesize platform needs
Partner with engineering and product owners to define and execute cloud platform capabilities that deliver an exceptional customer experience for Imprivata's products
Participate in the creation and execution of the platform roadmap, delivering features that meet internal needs, market needs, and business objectives
Collaborate with internal teams, including Engineering, IT, Customer Support, and Business Systems, to understand and integrate their requirements into the platform strategy
Analyze data to recommend improvements to the cloud platform, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative inputs
Document product requirements and user stories to guide development efforts
Track progress, identify roadblocks, and proactively manage dependencies across teams

Qualifications

3-5 years experience working with an engineering-centric Facial Biometric Authentication or Shared Services (APIs, SDKs, etc) team, strategic and operational experiences a plus.
Excellent understanding of a Shared Services Platform project lifecycle.
General understanding of microservice and event-driven architectures. - Comfort operating with a high degree of independence.
Experience building consensus across teams and business units.
Experience in fact-finding, requirements gathering, and in-depth interviewing generally. Journalism experience a plus.
Comfort with relevant tooling, such as Slack, GitHub, Confluence, etc.
Hands-on project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This position offers a total compensation range of $115,000.00 to $145,000.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata’s benefit offerings can be found here. This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata’s compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate’s location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
