We are looking for a stellar Product Manager to focus on plan performance for our Third Party Administration (TPA) product offering. Our goal is to provide the most configurable, reliable, and easy to use benefits administration experience for our customers and leverage utilization management, payment integrity, and plan products integrated with our navigation offering. 

As a product manager, you'll work closely with our engineering, design, data science, analytics, operations, and commercial teams to continually enhance our products and optimize healthcare value for employers as well as employees and their dependents . You'll work closely with a diverse and multi-disciplinary team to gather, structure, and prioritize product requirements from internal and external stakeholders to execute your roadmap across our deep technology stack and deliver industry-leading service at scale. 

What you'll do:

  • Own and drive the product roadmap, manage and strategically guide the product delivery for our suite of plan performance products, with a focus on payment integrity and utilization management. 
  • Ensure that we meet audit and compliance needs 
  • Center the voice of the customer in your work 
  • Gain and leverage a deep understanding of the employer-sponsored benefits space and Collective Health’s role in it, to inform the strategy and roadmap for claims tooling to best meet the needs of our customers and business objectives. 
  • Ensure the highest quality, efficiency, and configurability of our products. 
  • Be the evangelist for your product area across all areas of the organization, including external clients and stakeholders. 
  • Partner with design, engineering, data science, and analytics teams to ensure that features are delivered with high quality and dependability
  • Partner with sales, client success, operations, and research & insights to deeply understand customer needs, and deliver the best technology-driver solution to meet those needs
  • Communicate progress to stakeholders, functional owners, and internal team members

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 8 years of experience in healthcare product management 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • Fervent passion to solve healthcare challenges to improve the lives of others
  • Experience with building, supporting, and improving utilization management or payment integrity programs. 
  • Adaptability to thrive in highly complex and changing environments
  • Familiarity with enterprise software and mobile development
  • Familiarity with operating in regulated industries (HIPAA, FINRA, CCPA, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to keep track of multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in consumer software is a plus but not required 

Pay Transparency Statement 

This is a hybrid position based out of one of our offices: San Francisco, CA, Plano, TX, or Lehi, UT. Hybrid employees are expected to be in the office three days per week (Plano, TX) or two days per week (Lehi, UT and San Francisco, CA). #LI-hybrid

The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. In addition to the salary, you will be eligible for stock options and benefits like health insurance, 401k, and paid time off. Lehi, UT Pay Range
$116,000$145,000 USD
Plano, TX Pay Range
$128,000$160,000 USD
