Salla the leading SaaS e-commerce enabler in the region, is seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team as a Product Manager (Payment).

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of Salla's Payment products, As the Product

Manager (Payment), you will be instrumental in guiding our company towards continued success in the ever-evolving e-commerce landscape .

Responsibilities

Drive the creation of new payment products, from ideation to go-to market strategies.

Analyze and optimize payment processes within the platform to ensure seamless experience.

Work closely with the product and finance teams to ensure the platform meets the evolving needs of merchants and customers needs.

Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of PSPs into Salla's platform, enhancing the overall

payment experience.

Stay informed about the latest updates, regulations, and compliance requirements related to PSPs in the e-commerce industry.

Evaluate and compare various payment method to recommend the best options for merchants based on their needs and the specific markets they serve.

Develop detailed product roadmaps for the payment product line.

Collaborate with and leading cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure successful product

delivery.

Determine go-to-market strategies for products, and lead product launches.

Manage the development of all product-related content including user guides, training materials, and product messaging.

Analyze market trends, competitive products, and other industry indicators to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Communicate product strategy and progress to the executive team on a regular basis

Conduct competitive analysis and market research to validate product features and make informed decisions.

Define and measure key product metrics to monitor product success and drive ongoing improvements.

Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch analysis.

Establish and evangelize best practices for product management across the organization.

Lead and mentor a team of product managers and collaborate with external stakeholders to drive product adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2-4+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
  • Experience with e-commerce and payment solutions.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and launching products that meet revenue and profit goals
  • Proven track record of leadership and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
