What will I be doing?
- Own and drive the product roadmap (what are we building, why are we building, how is it going to win) for both existing and new products and services.
- Use customer and market feedback, competitive analysis, and business metrics to inform product direction and requirements
- Develop clear and effective customer and business requirements (epics, stories, acceptance criteria)
- Proactively identify issues that will keep the product from delivering on time and assess the alternatives to resolve them
- Act as the customer proxy and work closely with Engineering throughout the software development lifecycle to build customer-centric products and features.
- Partner with Product Marketing and other functions to co-own the go-to-market plan.
- Make continuous improvements to your products and features by managing the feedback loop and prioritizing the product backlog.
What skills do I need?
- 4+ years’ experience as a Product Manager
- Proficiency in English
- Proven ability to specify and deliver quality products and translate product strategy, key customer, and market requests into a business case with detailed product requirements
- Excellent initiative and adaptability, the ability to work through ambiguity and to do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful
- Excellent collaboration and facilitation skills
- Experience managing products in an Agile environment and working with different analytics tools
- Knowledge of the definition of UI/UX for easy visualization and analysis of data-heavy products
- Experience working with a cross-functional team across engineering, marketing, sales, and customer service
