At PatientIQ, you’ll be a key member of the team responsibly for building solutions that directly impact company growth, clinical care, and patient lives. In this role, you will have ownership over the strategy and roadmap of one of our core products that touches millions of patients. As the product leader of a cross-functional team, you'll play a critical role in improving patient outcomes an advancing medicine.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers and how they use our product through internal feedback, data, and regular interaction with users.
  • Construct a product strategy and roadmap in a hypothesis-driven, data-informed written narrative that aligns with the business objectives.
  • Empower a cross-functional team of Engineers, Product Designers, Quality Assurance, Customer Success, and others to plan and execute work that solves real problems.
  • Lead the product development ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, design reviews, retrospectives, and any ad hoc meetings needed to support the team.
  • Provide the context and information required to make product, design, and engineering decisions in written form using product proposals, product specs, and user stories.
  • Collaborate with design on problem and solutions discovery efforts to validate product plans, including prototype testing, user testing, and user research.
  • Organize product launch activities, including planning milestones, preparing internal teams, and gathering feedback.
  • Monitor the impact of all efforts using quantitative and qualitative measures and actively adjust plans to maximize customer value.
  • Contribute to all product evangelism efforts, including writing release notes, demoing to internal teams, providing status updates, and attending customer calls.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a Product Management role, preferably building healthcare technology solutions for providers and researchers.
  • A proven track record being a champion of the customer, while remaining laser focused on delivering significant business impact.
  • Excitement for engaging in cross-organizational collaboration, working through trade-offs, and balancing competing priorities in an agile product development environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a talent for articulating customer challenges and the rationale behind decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience using quantitative (e.g., metrics, analytics) and qualitative data (e.g., research, user feedback) to inform product prioritization and decision-making
  • Solid technical understanding of architecture and behaviors of complex web applications; can hold your own in technical discussions with engineers.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: resilient, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, autonomy, and responsibility; you enjoy figuring out what needs to be done—and then doing it.
