Job Summary:

Panelmatic is seeking a detail-oriented experienced Product Manager. The Product Manager is the overall champion of all company products. From cradle to grave the product manager drives the initiative, innovations, and customization to ensure total product success.

Job Duties:

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the product line
  • Perform market research to identify customer needs and preferences
  • Develop product specifications and pricing strategies
  • Work with engineering and production teams to ensure product quality, cost-effectiveness, and on-time delivery
  • Create sales and marketing materials to support the product line
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve revenue target
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make necessary adjustments
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies
  • Manage product P&L responsibilities
  • Review and approve technical and commercial estimates
  • Process all change notices for product line and submit them to Sales department.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field experience required
  • Five plus years of experience in project management, in manufacturing required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team required
  • Strong leadership and project management skills required
  • Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background check required
  • Ability to physically push, pull, and lift 25lbs or more required
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for four plus hours at a time required
  • Alignment with company core values required

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ten plus years of experience in product management, in the electrical equipment manufacturing industry preferred
  • Proficient in ERP software preferred
  • Product development and market strategy experience preferred
