Who We Are [Order Experience]
Wayfair believes everyone deserves a home they love, and that furnishing your home should be a source of fun, not anxiety. Our product team plays a crucial role in making this vision a reality for millions of people around the world. Partnering with engineering, UX design, analytics, and business partners across Wayfair, our product team ensures that we’re building technology that solves important customer problems in elegant, scalable, measurable ways. We have a modern tech stack including sophisticated capabilities around AI, data science, multivariate testing, and personalization. We’re a highly collaborative, supportive team that values learning, psychological safety, and intentional career development.
We’re looking for a motivated leader to join our Order Experience team at Wayfair, focused on building a platform that powers the post checkout experience for Wayfair customers. This role will work across Wayfair, acting as the glue between the customer experience and the logistics network. We build systems that enable supply chain teams to move packages within our network, communicate with dropshippers on their fulfillment requests, control the financial transactions, and handle problem management including returns and replacements.
The order management system is mission critical to all Wayfair experiences around the world, serving millions of requests per day. You’ll lead a cross-functional team to reach world-class quality metrics while building out new capabilities to power omnichannel shopping flows.
