Position: Product manager – Odds Tribe Core Platform
Location: London
As a product manager within our Odds Tribe, you will tackle intricate challenges, you will put users first and work cross functionally between business and technology teams, taking products from concept to launch, dissecting requirements, and harnessing data analysis to continually discover, inform and propel product enhancements. Using insights to make informed prioritisation decisions on future development across our odds platform.
THE CHALLENGE:

Evaluate platform functionalities and alignment with customer needs and market trends. Embrace a mindset of continuous discovery to drive analysis aimed at improving platform capabilities, performance, and user satisfaction over time.

Meaningful collaboration is essential with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, design, success, and support, to aid product decisions and enhancements.

Seek out trends and data to provide insights and recommendations on critical business and product questions, utilising the art of various mediums to breakdown complex topics into digestible content for senior business stakeholders.
- Actively involved in go to market activities and forging a path to value by using Prototyping, POC, for developed or enhanced platform capabilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Confidence and ownership of your domain: Working daily side by side with our engineering counterparts, prioritising & defining your backlog effectively, demoing & showcasing the value of our capabilities and of course owning & presenting the roadmap.

Evaluate the top and bottom-line impacts of proposed action plans, using known agile calculations and metrics to Identify and assess perceived risks associated with platform development and implementation, proposing mitigation strategies to address potential challenges and issues.
- Comfortable with a level of ambiguity: Motivated and methodical in seeking out answers to the unknown “unknowns”, navigating through situations where data may be limited and knowledge is fragmented.
YOUR PROFILE:

3+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of taking products from concept to launch.
- Candidates with a solid grasp of the betting industry, odds & probabilities, or those with relevant transferrable experience are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with the concepts of driving eco-system value at a platform level with an adapt and iterate approach leveraging capabilities to serve multiple users across multiple use cases.
- Experience working across transformation initiatives and a good proficiency in working with actionable agile technology teams.
- Experience creating and driving product visions, go-to-market strategies, and product design workshops.
- Ability to build authentic and trustworthy relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working on platform products is desirable.
