The Opportunity

As a Product Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution for one of our fastest-growing products: Screen Recording, a key component of Observe.AI’s Post-Interaction AI suite. This product includes desktop and browser applications designed to provide comprehensive visibility into agents' challenges, enabling better compliance and enhanced performance for contact center teams. Your role will involve developing the most scalable, secure, and intelligent Screen Recording solution, driving impactful business outcomes for contact center operations. This role reports directly to the Sr. Director of Product Management.
