MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we’ve come a long way since. Today we’re a 400 + strong team (we’re thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes – from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair. 
 
Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you’ll find us in Boston, MA, as well as East Providence, RI and Denver, CO.

As a Product Manager at MOO, working on our Order Fulfilment Network, you'll be directly managing a central component at the heart of MOO's product ecosystem. The products you'll be managing allow us to create custom integrations, quality control tools and advanced routing decisions across a network of customisation partners to support the range of branded merchandise and print products we sell across every MOO sales channel.

The PM in this role will be enhancing the Order Fulfilment Network to support diverse product customisations, insourcing strategies and efficient fulfilment processes.

- Successfully manage physical product launches, ensuring readiness across all sales channels.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the product ecosystem.
- Build robust relationships with engineering teams and internal stakeholders, aligning product development with business needs.

Product Management and Development: Hold the vision for the Order Fulfilment Network at MOO and how it fits into the broader vision for our new platform Lead the development and continuous improvement of the Order Fulfilment Network, facilitating the onboarding of multiple customisation partners and vendors. Work closely with back-end engineering teams to design and implement systems that support various decoration and print methods

Team Leadership and Collaboration: Directly guided and mentored one engineering team alongside a technical lead Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the business, understanding and aligning with their needs to ensure successful product outcomes. Act as the bridge between MOO's Commercial and Operations teams to deliver new products at pace and scale.

Outcome-Focused Approach: Prioritise outcomes over outputs, implementing product techniques that drive high-value results. Make informed decisions by eliminating bias and leveraging data-driven insights.

About You

  • Good technical knowledge, you'll be working with API first teams so need to be able to collaborate on the types of problems they solve
  • Experience planning and running your research & discovery, with the support of designers, engineers and other product managers
  • Strong data skills across qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Test, measure and lean approach to Product development
  • Great storyteller who can bring people on the journey and inspire them
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience
  • Experience in working in an agile, cross functional development teams, both remote or distributed
  • A mindset of continuous improvement
  • Lives and breathes the MOO values bringing enthusiasm and positivity to every problem

Responsibilities

  • We’re looking for someone who loves product as much as we do. You enjoy taking things apart, piecing them back together, discovering areas for improvement, and engaging in thoughtful debates on features. You’re drawn to complex product challenges and seek out elegant, straightforward solutions. With an agile mindset, you’re eager to learn and quick to recognize when a product needs to pivot based on new insights. Your attention to detail is outstanding, whether written or numerical, and you have a strong commitment to quality.
  • You have a technical background with a successful track record of delivery. Your ability to translate and communicate complex technical concepts in plain language allows you to drive and guide the improvement of technical capabilities. You can understand both customer needs and the technical architecture of platforms, enabling you to identify and track key metrics to ensure products meet essential service standards.
  • Customer focus is central to your approach. Actionable customer insights inspire you, and you prioritise user research, seeking opportunities to understand users better and solve real problems. You approach challenges positively and empathetically, with patience and persistence.
  • Your week might include a mix of user story mapping sessions, analysing data for key insights, collaborating with stakeholders to balance optimisation and innovation, reviewing and approving stories, and celebrating wins with the team. You’re adept at discussing data flows, working with architects and engineers on technical limitations, collaborating with Designers and Researchers, and recognising issues early on.
  • Self-motivation drives you. With a focus on delivering excellence, you constantly seek ways to reimagine the customer experience. You work effectively with minimal supervision and are proactive in driving results for customers, both internally and externally.
