Your role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to take the lead in building a fully optimised end to end journey, from a user’s awareness of the Midnite brand, through to their first bet and beyond, into their first days as a Midnite user. We’re in an ultra competitive industry, and so we believe a world class first time user experience will be core to Acquisition and early stage Retention.
Your role:
- From Discovery to Delivery. End to End ownership of the entire early customer lifecycle
- Work alongside Growth Marketing to deliver a highly optimised Acquisition funnel
- Take the lead alongside CRM to build a state of the art and “market-disruptive” liveops journey
- Use your experience in Growth hacking to deliver high ROI to customer conversion
- Work closely with and influence senior stakeholders, always advocating for impact
- Regularly interact with our users and develop a deep empathy for them
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver world class products
- Be a champion of a Product-led environment, putting the users first.
- Find new innovative ways to build a world class First time user experience
- Work directly with Head of Product to develop a long term, game changing Product Strategy
- Regular reporting of Product KPIs to Stakeholders and Department leads.
You should apply if:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience in end to end Conversion Rate Optimisation (Awareness to First Bet)
- Experience in Growth Hacking strategies
- You embrace the fast-pace, always delivering, always improving, start-up environment in an ultra-competitive industry
- You have near-obsession with understanding the user
- You live and breathe data; Making informed decisions with data and always looking for ways to obtain it
- You have a ruthless ability in prioritisation
- You are an excellent communicator, understanding your audience when covering complex areas to a variety of audiences
- You have a strong ability to improvise when the unexpected inevitably comes at you
- You have an interest in any of the following: Gaming, Online Casinos, Free to plays, Social Gaming, Esports, Sports betting
