Product Manager - Loop-X Mobile Imaging Robot

Are you ready to lead the market success of Loop-X, our cutting-edge imaging solution?

Our Product Management & Marketing team is seeking for a motivated Product Manager Loop-X. Together with your team, you will be located in our Brainlab headquarters in Munich and contribute to the success of our Loop-X mobile imaging robot.

In order to scale future business we are looking for a candidate who ideally brings experience in the C-arm/CBCT/X-Ray imaging field. You will successfully contribute to the evolution of our imaging portfolio and drive the future growth and profitability of this exciting business by leveraging comprehensive product management skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lifecycle Management: Manage current product success throughout all phases of the product lifecycle, driving optimizations, and enhancements to keep the product relevant and competitive.
  • Customer-Centric Improvements: Actively gather and analyze feedback from customers, service teams, and market data to implement product improvements that meet real-world needs.
  • Strategic Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies to boost Loop-X visibility, adoption, and market positioning, ensuring sustainable growth and brand presence.
  • Sales Enablement & Training: Equip the sales team with powerful tools, training, and resources to effectively promote and sell Loop-X, driving product adoption and customer success.
  • Service & Support Coordination: Work closely with our support teams to streamline service processes, elevating customer satisfaction and ensuring consistent, top-tier service quality.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to deliver cohesive, integrated solutions and support that drive Loop-X market success.
  • Minimum of 3 years in Product Management, Product Marketing, or a similar role, ideally within healthcare, imaging, robotics, or related high-tech industries.
  • University degree in Engineering, Business or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Strong strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, with expertise in scope management, evaluation of business opportunities, prioritization, and defining specifications to balance clinical and technical requirements.
  • Ability to translate complex contexts and solutions into clear and concise visions and actionable strategies.
  • Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage complex operational and project-based tasks.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills in both English and German, capable of driving cross-functional collaboration and effective stakeholder engagement.
