Product Manager, Kaizen Labs

We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Product Manager to join our team at Kaizen Labs, a product vertical dedicated to work as an accelerator to all the other verticals and explore new technological frontiers to stay ahead in the dynamic igaming industry. As a Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to enhance existing products and pioneer groundbreaking solutions through collaborative partnerships and experimentation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring that products are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Work closely with product owners and the development team to prioritize and execute product enhancements and new feature development, using agile methodologies and best practices.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives, and use data-driven insights to iterate and optimize product features and functionality.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and business teams;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and ambiguous environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.
• Industry experience will be considered as a plus
• Excellent English skills
• Explore the market to identify opportunities and represent the voice of the customer to the team;
• Champion a culture of experimentation and open innovation. Leverage external partnerships with agencies, universities, and startups to explore new opportunities. 

What you’ll bring:

• 2+ years of Product management experience in the sports betting or gaming industry, with a proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality products and driving business growth.
• Good understanding of sports betting products and platforms, including knowledge of betting industry and risk management.
• Experience working in an agile development environment, with a solid understanding of agile methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to use data and insights to inform product decisions and drive results.
• Ability to lead and influence others and to build strong relationships
• Passion for innovation and technology, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
