Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively across teams to deliver on the LinkedIn vision of economic opportunity for every member of the global workforce
  • Scale existing integrations and envision the future of the platform that enables companies to automate posting and promotion flows of all their jobs on LinkedIn
  • Set the product vision and rally multiple teams to deliver on the product roadmap
  • Research and analyze the broader job market ecosystem
  • Work closely with LinkedIn enterprise customers to understand their challenges managing job postings at scale
  • Partner with ATS vendors to deliver efficient hiring solutions with LinkedIn integrations
  • Set ambitious and measurable OKRs and be transparent on execution
  • Drive global product requirements definition, product planning and product design (including writing PRDs) of new features and enhancements
  • Clearly communicate product benefits to our users and internal stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MS degree in a technology-related field
  • Fundamental understanding of API’s and web integration technologies
  • Experience building and delivering successful SaaS or social network platform solutions
  • Expertise with applicant tracking systems or online job boards
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proven ability to develop partner ecosystems in collaboration with business development
  • Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.  

The pay range for this role is $120,000 to $195,000.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
