The Role:
We seek a Product Manager who speaks Japanese to join our crew and work on our essential products. To contribute to the business’s growth, you must have strong ownership and a results-driven mindset.
As a “Product Manager - Japanese Proficient speaker," you are expected to:
- Manage one or several products that cover online gaming and related content
- Strategically acquire traffic from multiple approaches such as search engines, emails and social media.
- Lead team members and get things done together in a timely manner
- Closely communicate with SEO, content, CRM, and tech teams
- Constantly identify issues, analyze the reasons, and improve to achieve better efficiency and quality for both product development and team operation
- Keep tracking the KPIs (commercial, traffic operational, etc), then define TO-DOs for scaling or recovering
- Assist ad hoc tasks of SEO and content-related works
Success in this role means:
- Identify the tasks by observing the product performance and communicating with stakeholders
- Accomplish leading products to be successful through product-led and tech-enabled approaches
