Create and maintain a Japanese product/service roadmap with short-term (quarterly) and long-term(2 years) Japanese product/service goals, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing and commercial teams to oversee the development and launch of new features, including tech alliance with enterprise partners.
Conduct user research to understand the needs and behaviors of our users and clients, translating insights into Japanese product/service features and improvements.
Use metrics and feedback to assess the success of product /service features, making data-driven decisions to iterate and improve the platform.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies that can influence the Japanese product/service strategy.
Requirements
At least 5 years of work experience as a Product Manager
New business start-up experience
Ability to prepare documents such as proposals, requirements documents, and other related documents
Experience working with engineers, designers and sales
