We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to join our growing team in the field of Interventional Radiology.
As a Product Manager for Interventional Radiology, your primary responsibility will involve guiding a new product throughout the Product Development Lifecycle, from its conceptualization to market launch and beyond, overseeing its market journey.
You will play a crucial role in transforming our corporate strategy and product vision into concrete and impactful products:
- Defining a product vision and strategy, in consultation with various stakeholders
- Transforming this strategy into a concrete Roadmap
- Gathering market, customer, partner and sales feedback to analyze customer needs and trends, competitive information and regional requirements
- Defining and prioritizing product requirements for new features
- Prioritizing the requirements to the OS from the different software applications and our customers
- Develop value proposition, messaging and claims – to be substantiated with clinical evidence (with Clinical Marketing)
- Participating in relevant events and sales presentations to promote our products
- Monitoring global service sales and business performance against objectives and forecasts and provide regular reports with key business figures and KPI’s
- Developing and delivering enablement content and training to increase sales’ ability to articulate the product value
- Managing product/article lifecycle (launching, quoting, pricing, updates, compatibility, phase-out)
In order to exceed in this role, you should have:
- A Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Demonstrated excellence in professional endeavors, academics or extracurricular activities, showcasing a relentless drive for success and passion for making a positive impact
- Demonstrated expertise in product management or a related area, preferably within the medical field
- Strong strategic and entrepreneurial thinking abilities
- Ability to translate complex contexts and solutions into clear and concise visions and strategies
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills in English, German is a plus
- Knowledge in product & requirements management
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Good assertiveness
- Based in Munich, up to 30% travel required
