Job Title: Product Manager
Salary: £38,250 - £40,500 per annum
Hours per week: 35 hours (minimum 28 hours)

You’ll be required to work from our head office in Wigston, Leicester a minimum of 2 days per week (one of which will be a Tuesday). The remainder of your working hours will be undertaken from home.

About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team to focus on categories including our qualifications, bespoke products and Tailored Course Approval portfolios, on a permanent contract. You’ll maintain the existing portfolio and work on product improvements, and scope, source and introduce new products, ensuring they are developed efficiently and delivered successfully against the needs of our customers. You’ll be diligent with the detail and maintain a focus on customer journey throughout everything you do.
You will manage a small product team of 4, and as a team will be responsible for managing the whole lifecycle of a category of products ensuring they are delivered to agreed performance indicators. You will ensure that work is completed to a high standard and that all propositions are ready to sell and executed to scope, on schedule and to budget.
A clear focus will be needed to maximise the overall performance, profitability and impact of IOSH products and services, and to align to our strategic aims.
What you'll bring
The ideal candidate will have a demonstratable track record of maximising income, profitability and value, in a similar Product/Category Management role. You’ll have the ability to build strong, influential relationships with stakeholders and use your expert knowledge to influence and negotiate when required. Excellent knowledge of the product development lifecycle and ability to create robust business cases is a must. Previous experience in a training/education environment would be advantageous.

· Significant experience in a product management role.
· Line management experience.
