Why Guidewire?

  • We are part of the Silicon Valley Company, with the only Polish office open since 2015, located in Kraków. One of the main aims of the development center was to build core applications used by our enterprise customers. Our customers are insurance companies, and insurance software is surprisingly complex, difficult to get right, and a lot of fun to work on. Demand for our software is rising, and we are growing to meet the market's needs. We serve over 200 customers in over 20 countries, executing over 300 Guidewire product implementations. We invest heavily in R&D to build a technology platform that combines three elements—core processing, data and analytics, and digital engagement—to enhance insurers’ ability to engage and empower their customers and employees. There is an opportunity to gain truly international experience and work with a distributed team across the globe.
