We are looking for a passionate and motivated Product Manager Intern to join our Shipping and Delivery Experience teams.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of our shipping and delivery processes, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, design, user research, to drive impactful product initiatives.
Your Mission (If You Accept It): 🚀

Support Product Development: Assist the Product Manager in defining and refining the shipping and delivery experience for our customers. Participate in all stages of the product lifecycle, from problem identification and user research to ideation, design, development, and launch.

Collaborate with Teams: Work with designers, researchers and other departments such as Logistics and Customer Support to ensure that shipping and delivery features integrate seamlessly into the Back Market experience and add value to users.

Roadmap and Strategy: Together with the Product Manager, help define the product roadmap based on data and user research. Use your analytical skills to approach problems methodically and state your assumptions clearly.

Agile Practices: Participate in the agile organization of the team to build and ship impactful features. Write detailed specifications and user stories, animate agile rituals like sprint standups and refinement, and perform quality assurance (QA).

Implementation Oversight: Oversee the implementation of features with engineers, ensuring a smooth workflow and fostering a collaborative team spirit.

- You are familiar with Agile and Lean concepts.

- You are fluent in English, as we are an international team (MANDATORY).
