About the Team:
The JumpCloud Platform Experience team’s mission is to ensure a coherent experience for our users as we help them scale and grow with JumpCloud wherever they are. From user identity management, device management, SaaS application management, to setting access policy, authentication methods and conditional rules to authorize access on any device or automating frequent tasks using workflows - administrators use the JumpCloud’s Platform to help get their end users what they need to “Make Work Happen”.
At the end of the day, the Platform Experience team is the connective tissue to making sure we help the IT admins accomplish their tasks in an efficient and effective manner.
What You Will Be Doing:
- As a Product Manager in the Platform Experience team, you will be responsible for delivering the next version of Jumpcloud's industry-leading IT admin experience. You will be immersed in customer interviews and market trends to discover new ways to make the admin more efficient, build automations, and overall help them become the “superhero” for their own end users. You will also be partnering with other senior leaders to chart strategy, lead the creation of product roadmaps as well as partner with engineering teams to evangelize the vision with customers and stakeholders.
- Ultimately, you will be working closely with your peers in Devices, Directories, Authentication and more to accelerate our ascent as the pre-eminent IT platform to Make Work Happen®. Have passion? Have vision? Care deeply about users? JumpCloud is the right place!
Required qualifications::
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years experience in product management, project management, or related roles is preferred.
- Practitioner - Knowledge of agile product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Resilient - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Humble - Be inclusive, open to feedback and respectful of colleagues and stakeholders.
- Growth Mindset - Willingness to learn, work in different areas of the platform and not shy from complex challenges.
- Experience - you have be an IT admin before or worked in adjacent industries like network administration, security, etc
