Job Description:
Route Mobile is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager III to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager III, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and success of our CPaaS products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Vision:

Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for CPaaS solutions in alignment with company goals.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the CPaaS market.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for messaging, voice, email, and identity services.
Product Development:

Collaborate with engineering and design teams to create detailed product specifications and requirements for CPaaS solutions.

Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer feedback, market demand, and business priorities.

Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch activities, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Stakeholder Management:

Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with product goals.

Communicate product updates, milestones, and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
Performance Monitoring:

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of CPaaS products.

Analyze product performance data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Implement changes and enhancements to optimize product performance and user experience.
Team Leadership:

Mentor and guide junior product managers and other team members.

Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Lead cross-functional teams in agile development processes.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

5+ years of product management experience, preferably in the CPaaS or telecommunications industry.

Proven track record of successfully launching and managing CPaaS products through their lifecycle.

Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights specific to CPaaS.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
