Position Summary: 
We are seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for cutting-edge technology and a knack for delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role as a Product Manager III, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of electric vehicle charging, transforming the way people power up their journeys. You will be focusing on our B2B partner and internal operations and SaaS platforms, ensuring that the features fit the needs of their users to ensure efficient daily operations. You will own all aspects of the product features and platform, including requirements discovery, roadmap prioritization, full product lifecycle development and delivery, and are ultimately responsible for the continued success of the products and program.
Required Qualifications
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to curate and maintain more than one feature backlog and support multiple teams simultaneously
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements while using market research and product analytics to prioritize features and create product roadmaps
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, adapting their communication style to suit the specific audience they are addressing
  • Able to navigate complex challenges and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills while driving product and feature deliverables throughout the entire lifecycle
  • A track record of making data-driven decisions with measured success and shipping features that rarely require rework
  • Gather, investigate, and synthesize various data sources to measure impact of current products and to influence new product development.
  • Prioritize, track, coordinate and communicate progress for strategic cross-functional projects.
  • Define and clearly prioritize a one-year product roadmap that you can communicate across the business, recalibrating this roadmap for a 30 day, 60 day, and year views.
  • Must possess excellent team collaboration skills that fosters productivity and a positive environment; able to mentor others and review ideas presented by other PMs
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least five years of product management experience, preferably in the payments space
  • Led and launched at least one large software product (more than 100k users) with measured success
  • Experience in Agile development with a mastery of Jira
  • Experience building and launching SaaS solutions including market scope, defining feature success, and supporting pricing and GTA strategies
  • Proven track record building partnerships with external teams and partners 
For job positions in CA, CO, and NYC, the estimated salary range for a new hire in this position is $140,000 USD to $170,000 USD. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, discretionary target cash bonus, and restricted stock units (subject to Board Approval).
