Roles & Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the improvement of the Merchant Experience at Quince
- Understand our existing experience with Vendors and work to enhance their experience with Quince
- Develop and actively maintain product roadmap to improve product in ways that have the biggest impact on company KPIs
- Work cross-functionally with business, UI/UX, data science, engineering to prioritize development work and achieve roadmaps across platforms.
- Be the scrum master and product owner (define stories and detailed specifications) in engineering sprints
- Manage risks in execution and scrappily unblock team to reach goals.
- Execute build vs. buy decisions and scope building new features/functionality.
- Optimize key metrics such as conversion rate, order value, session duration, cart abandonment, returns.
Skills required:
- At least 3+ years experience in product management
- Bachelor's degree in engineering & a MBA degree is preferred.
- Experience working in the Retail Industry / e-commerce (US e-commerce experience is a big plus)
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion to answer Product/Engineering questions with data.
- Capable of tackling very loosely defined problems.
