Zeta is looking for a Product Manager I / Product Manager II for its Tachyon suite of products who can think from first principles and reimagine the world of payments and banking.
About the role
You will collaborate closely with leadership and the Tachyon product team to lead the development and strategy of an advanced enterprise management platform. This platform is designed to streamline and optimize a broad spectrum of business functions. As a visionary leader, you will drive the strategic development of a comprehensive, modular platform that integrates various business processes. Your responsibility will include overseeing the platform’s multiple modules to ensure seamless functionality across key areas such as customer support, operations management, risk and compliance, and financial accounting. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver powerful workflow automation, task management, and data-driven decision-making tools. Your efforts will be critical in enhancing user experience, maximizing operational efficiency, and ensuring strong compliance standards. This role provides an exciting opportunity to shape a product that is vital to the operational success of a diverse range of business clients.

Experience and Qualifications
- At least 5+ years of experience in a Technology Product Management role
- Track record of building & shipping high-quality Enterprise or SaaS products with high levels of ownership
- Prior Experience in Payment Systems is highly desirable
- An engineering / technical background that will allow you to reason about product trade-offs and make good choices with minimal inputs from engineers
