THE ROLE

Product Manager to work with H21 on Enterprise Resource Optimisation. In the Winter / Spring timeframe we are looking at how we can show ‘the art of the possible’ for bringing learnings about customers skills data onto the Salesforce platform to improve the way we staff work.

  • Identify specific scenarios that would deliver value to our customers and be technically feasible within the winter / spring timeframe. We are currently at the stage of exploring options and narrowing down the specific scenarios we will work on.
  • Ensure we have good demos of this work so we can showcase our ability to act on our enhanced understanding of the customers’ data
  • Work with WG1 to ensure that they deliver the information we need

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

You must be skilled at analysis and problem solving, with a track record of working with customers whether through support, implementation or an analyst role. We are looking for you to have:

  • A strong background in business process analysis, requirements analysis and application design, ideally in a software house. 
  • A track record of working with customers in previous roles whether through support, implementation or in an analyst/product owner role.
  • Proven skills at analysing and solving problems. /liliThe ability to communicate clearly about ideas and designs with a broad range of stakeholders, both verbally and in writing. /liliThe ability to work independently and as part of a team - you must be a self-starter and willing to get stuck in./li/ulpstrongWHAT ELSE WOULD BE GREAT/strong/pulliA degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject (or equivalent work experience)/liliExperience of working with remote teams in other countries/liliKnowledge of agile software delivery methods/liliUnderstanding of databases /li/ulp#LI-RW1/p
