  • Be hands-on in managing product performance, ensuring that Bevi meets its commercial objectives.
  • Drive efficiencies and improvements in product management processes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a high-growth startup environment and with physical products (electronics, CPG, etc.).

  • Strong quantitative analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data from thousands of machines and find insights.
  • A technical bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across multiple departments.
  • Deep listening skills from users to internal Bevi stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, with a strong bias for action and efficiency.
  • A “do what needs to get done for the success of the Product” mentality.

  • Comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance plans with BlueCross BlueShield, 95% paid by employer
  • 401(k) with company match, and environmentally responsible investment options
  • Flexible PTO plus 9 company holidays, and additional paid days for sick leave, etc (including sustainability or social justice volunteer events)
  • Generous fully paid parental leave for both birth parents and non-birth parents
  • Fully employer paid disability and life insurances
  • Wellness and fitness reimbursements
