We joined YC last year in the YC W23 batch. Since then, we have raised $20m in seed funding and seen significant growth in users and revenue (20x the last two years).
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention for our Studio product
Define, prioritize, and manage product features, enhancements, and improvements that maximize growth and user satisfaction.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver a seamless user experience.
Analyze data, user feedback, and market research to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Monitor key performance metrics, set targets, and track progress towards meeting company goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices to ensure our platform remains innovative and competitive.
Proven experience in product management (3+ years), with a strong focus on growth, conversions, and retention.
Experience with Product-Led Growth strategies and tactics in a B2B environment.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
A growth mindset and eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and practice
