Responsibilities

As a Product Manager of Growth Products at Workato, you’ll be exploring, validating, launching, and growing new GenAI-based applications that are built on Workato’s core Enterprise Orchestration platform. Your business impact will be measured by the adoption and revenue driven by the new products you launch.

In this role, you will also be responsible to:

  • Research the market for purpose-built GenAI apps and develop a POV on the market and competitive landscape and positioning

  • Write product specifications for engineering teams

  • Collect feedback from customers and prospects to create a unified product backlog

  • End-to-end responsibility from idea to production

  • Establish a shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution

  • Deliver Product roadmaps for your area of responsibility

  • Enable the entire GTM team (Sales, Pre-sales, Customer Success, Marketing) in go-lives and continuous improvement

  • Support Sales & Pre-sales in sales cycles and closing deals

  • Speak at industry events and Workato’s conference, Automate

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

  • 2-5 years of Product Management experience

  • Experience developing and launching products within one or more of the following: AI, Cloud, SaaS, RPA

  • Domain expertise in products sold to IT or Customer Support, like Helpdesk, Service Desk is a must

  • Strong proficiency in agile methodology, including adaptive planning, evolutionary development, early delivery, and continuous improvement.

  • Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design

  • Experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams.

  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Sales, Pre-Sales and Marketing

  • Startup experience is a plus

  • Experience in Product-Led Growth is a plus

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science (MBA preferred)

For California applicants, the pay for this role begins at $120,000 plus benefits, perks, and equity.
