Role Overview:
As the Product Manager – Frontend Experience, you will be responsible for defining and
optimizing the customer journey. You will work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and
analytics teams to create seamless, visually compelling, and conversion-friendly experiences for
our users. Your role is pivotal in ensuring customers enjoy frictionless navigation, smooth
checkout processes, and a rich, personalized shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
● Customer-Centric Approach:
Monitor and analyze user behavior, pain points, and feedback to identify
improvement opportunities.
● Product Ownership & Roadmap:
Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for the frontend experience.
Align the frontend roadmap with broader business initiatives like marketing
campaigns, new product launches, and operational goals.
● User Experience (UX) & Design:
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
aligned with customer needs.
Conduct A/B tests, usability testing, and competitive analysis to continually
enhance the interface.
● Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality, responsive, and
scalable frontend solutions.
Partner with marketing, sales, and analytics teams to align frontend features with
business KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, bounce rates).
● Data-Driven Decision Making:
Define product metrics and KPIs to measure the success of frontend initiatives
● Execution & Delivery:
Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and
post-launch improvements.
Create detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories for
engineering and design team
Qualifications:
● Experience:
3-7 years of product management experience in e-commerce, consumer tech, or
a related field.
