THE POSITION
Our roster has an opening with your name on it

FanDuel is looking for a Level 3 Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and enhancement of our Canadian products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our Core Product meet and exceed the needs of our customers, drives business growth, and maintains a competitive edge in the market.

 

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Identify, shape, and ensure execution of new products and product initiatives via the Product Roadmap
  • Ensure transparency and alignment on the roadmap across the group, bridging the gap between product and other functions
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operational functions to ensure successful product deliveries and launches
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute post-launch optimizations and improvements
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of our Canadian products
  • Establish and maintain domain expertise on the product, market, and competitors
  • Play an active supporting role to US Product Managers, especially with refining and managing the product backlog/roadmap

 

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years’ experience in product management
  • Proven track record of delivering successful and innovative products 
  • Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects while effectively balancing scope, resourcing, time, and quality. 
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability for goals and deliverables 
  • Demonstrated success cross-functionally influencing teams without formal authority 
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data quickly to inform the right decisions 
  • Excellent critical thinking skills 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

The applicable salary range for this position is $89,000 - $122,100 CAD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: extended medical, vision, and dental coverage; life insurance; disability insurance; a retirement program with employer contributions; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes 13 holidays and one (1) floating holiday.  FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with applicable Canadian law.
