We are looking for a strategic and analytical Product Manager to join our Enterprise Jobs team, focusing on delivering and demonstrating the unique value of our products to our customers. This individual contributor role is essential for someone who can not only grasp the big picture but also dive deep into the details to ensure our products meet and exceed customer expectations and drive business success.

As a Product Manager in our team, you will be the linchpin in coming up with innovative features to deliver value to our customers and ensuring that customers fully realize and leverage the benefits we offer. Your analytical prowess will be crucial in evaluating market trends, customer feedback, and product performance to shape strategic decisions and guide the product development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to think strategically to drive product initiatives that align with our business goals and resonate with our enterprise customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine the product strategy, aligning it with the business objectives and market demands to enhance customer satisfaction and business value.

  • Conduct thorough market and competitive analyses to understand industry trends and identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Design, and Engineering, to gather insights and translate business requirements into product specifications.

  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement based on data-driven insights.

  • Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and advocate for their interests throughout the product development process.

  • Craft compelling business cases for new products or features, outlining the value proposition, anticipated market impact, and return on investment to guide prioritization and decision-making.

  • Facilitate communication across teams and stakeholders, ensuring clarity in product goals, progress, and outcomes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working on enterprise products at scale

  • Previous experience working with Go-To-Market teams

  • Experience building pricing and monetization strategies

Suggested Skills:

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $120,000 to $195,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
