Product Managers are the architects of Visa Acceptance Solutions product offerings and the key drivers of product line success and adoption by the merchant and partners. They drive the vision & strategy of the product line and its delivery and execution across the organization.

The Product Manager will be part of a team responsible for defining a comprehensive strategy for Visa Acceptance Solutions to manage and expand its ACH connections with top bank partners. Role requires interfacing with acquirers, merchants and internal teams to design and deliver projects that enhance these connections. The Product Manager will work closely with the development organization in delivering requirements, tracking execution and in commercializing the payments products in-market.

Specific Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain, communicate and execute against a prioritized product roadmap for ACH connections, value-added services, and related features.
  • Interface with key stakeholders (internal and external), identifying and recommending projects that will drive growth for Visa Acceptance Solutions through new and/or existing connections.
  • Produce detailed product and functional requirements that will drive product development, testing and deployment.
  • Provide analytical insight and assistance to Visa Acceptance Solutions teams with strategies to drive merchant revenue and transaction growth.
  • Evangelize Visa Acceptance Solutions Payments processing capabilities and work closely with Sales and Support to drive product market launches and merchant acquisition.

 

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

• Deep knowledge and experience of e-commerce payments, account validation services, and/or ACH processing preferred
• Strong understanding of merchant and partner needs in e-commerce payments and the ability to engage directly with high-level stakeholders from partner teams to understand requirements & gather feedback
• Ability to identify, document and prioritize use cases and product functionality requirements for the execution of a cohesive product offering
• Proven record of designing and delivering solutions in partnership with sales, business development, technology and support teams for successful end to end product launch
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, exceptional interpersonal skills and the proven ability to influence and communicate effectively across regional and functional lines
• Ability to work independently within a complex and often ambiguous environment, to drive rigorous, fact-based recommendations to stakeholders and to juggle multiple initiatives at once
• Solid interpersonal skills with a high level of self-motivation and initiative
• Must be detail oriented and willing to dive deep into day-to-day issues
• Demonstrated ability to work with large, cross functional (e.g. product, business development, sales, strategy, marketing) and cross-regional teams in a complex, highly matrixed organization to determine business and customer needs and to build solutions to meet those needs.
