We are seeking a forward-thinking Product Manager with a strong background in Network Processing to join our team. The position is responsible for developing DPS Debit products and services related to Authorization Processing, Back-office, Settlement, and Reporting.
This role will primarily support product development of payment processing network interfaces including Visa and MasterCard, and all DPS supported unaffiliated networks (Star, Pulse, NYCE, etc.). The ideal person for this role should have a passion for product development, technical savvy, and curiosity.
They should also have a deep understanding of payment networks, experience managing products, problem solving, and willingness to roll-up their sleeves to get the job done.

Primary Responsibilities
Participate in the full lifecycle of an authorization processing product enhancement including impact analysis, requirements gathering, technical requirements writing, technical designs reviews, prepare and be responsible for client documentation preparation to ensure accuracy and quality, and engage with internal and external partner on the delivered enhancement(s).
Work closely with developers on reviewing and refining requirements to ensure developers understand requirements and what success looks like for the payment network enhancement.
Support reporting of key activities, including proactive progress on requirements gathering and testing as well as issue management and resolution.
Understand the network processing market, clients, end-user needs, and competitive landscape.
Exhibit leadership skills and a vision for how to get things done better and faster.
Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate to manage product development and project execution.
Maintain a client-centered approach in strategy development and day-to-day operations.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 117,700.00 to 163,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
