As the Senior Product Manager for impact.com's Discovery & CRM teams, you'll be pivotal in driving marketplace expansion, deeper engagement between brands and partners, and the continuous health and optimization of the entire ecosystem. You'll facilitate new partnerships, ensure a streamlined review process, and empower brands and partners to manage and track their success. Additionally, you'll be responsible for surfacing critical data and insights that enable brands and partners to make informed decisions and optimize their strategies within the marketplace.
You'll be instrumental in creating a powerful toolkit that empowers brands to uncover ideal partners within the impact.com ecosystem and across the public marketplace. Furthermore, you'll revolutionize the prospecting process by delivering critical insights at the perfect moments, seamlessly guiding them toward successful partner onboarding and fostering productive relationships.
Externally, you'll be a partner champion, empowering brands with cutting-edge prospecting tools to acquire new partners successfully. You'll also guide partners in crafting compelling profiles that drive higher conversions across many brands.
Internally, you'll collaborate with the impact.com team to safeguard the health and integrity of our ecosystem. This includes ensuring the accuracy of partner relationship data, proactively monitoring marketplace safety and wellness, and equipping our team with the tools and technology to efficiently manage these vital tasks at scale.
This role requires a candidate to deeply connect and understand the customer and business needs and partner closely with stakeholders to develop the strategic direction of the product and build out the coinciding roadmap. You will be responsible for influencing stakeholders and cross-organizational action by telling the customer’s story and substantiating recommendations for change.
Requires at least 6 years of experience as a product manager, with significant relevant experience in successfully scaling a two-sided marketplace and commercializing SAAS software products.
Salary Range: $150,000-$170,000 per year plus additional variable annual bonus up to 5% contingent on Company performance plus eligible to receive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.*This is the pay range the Company believes is equitable for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
