Role Description
This position encompasses a broad array of products and projects, including mobile wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay) and ecommerce solutions (Click to Pay). Your crucial function will be to guarantee our clients' successful delivery and adoption of new digital payment products and services. As a member of the Digital Payment Products team, you'll work with various internal and external stakeholders, such as product managers, implementation managers, sales, and client support teams.
Your role will involve hands-on assistance and guidance for clients throughout the implementation process, from scoping and testing to launch and post-launch activities. You will also assist clients in resolving any issues or challenges they encounter during the implementation and provide them with best practices and recommendations. You'll serve as a bridge between the clients and internal teams, to ensure a seamless and timely implementation. Additionally, you'll monitor and report on the progress and status of the implementation projects and escalate any risks or delays to the appropriate stakeholders.
Ideal candidates should comprehend product specifications and requirements and guide clients through implementation projects. Familiarity with card payments is advantageous. Candidates should also have a basic grasp of industry trends and topics, including digital commerce, mobile payments, fintechs, and the competitive payments landscape. The role demands consultative client engagement, active listening, and relationship-building skills. It also requires internal cross-functional collaboration and teamwork.
You will also support the sales team with product and technical knowledge and collaborate closely with London based implementation managers to effectively onboard new clients. Candidates should have technical expertise, project management skills, and execution discipline. Occasional travel to client locations across the Nordics and Baltics may be required.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
• Mid-level experience in project management or integration
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Experience with API Integrations, including encryption/signature and key management
• Basic understanding of ecommerce, mobile wallets, and mobile payments.
• Service-oriented, previous experience in customer-facing roles is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree is required
