As a leading provider of on-demand pay solutions, we are seeking a talented and driven Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for enabling data-supported products around the organization, maintaining the data roadmap, and ensuring that our existing products’ data need continue to evolve. You’ll drive and organize the business’ data needs, while rigorously prioritizing and being the face of data products to the business. You're a hands-on problem-solver, deeply passionate about product and data, and you are at your best when moving a project from ambiguity to clarity. You're equally comfortable talking about data technology with engineers, explaining data products to colleagues around the business, and delivering a strategy for data to leadership, as well as pitching in on day-to-day efforts across the company. Equally important, you can manage the expectations of senior staff and the competing demands and opinions from across the organization. You pay attention to people, have a strong sense of purpose and integrity, deep emotional intelligence, and just want to get things done.

You will be responsible for identifying, strategizing, and executing the development of the data products roadmap that solves complex problems for DailyPay. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, client support, sales, and finance/accounting to define product requirements and bring them to life. Your insights and product expertise will inform the roadmap and drive the success of our products.

Pay Transparency. DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
