Product Manager (DAM)

We are seeking a technically proficient and experienced Product Manager to join our team at Squiz, focusing on asset management and forms within the Squiz Digital Experience Platform. This role requires an understanding of content management systems (CMS) or asset management platforms, combined with the ability to drive product development in a technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the product strategy for asset management and forms within the Squiz ecosystem
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, aligning it with overall company strategy and market demands
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define, prioritize, and deliver new features and improvements
  • Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for asset management and forms products
  • Work cross-functionally with other product managers, designers, and developers to ensure cohesive product integration
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch and beyond
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in asset management and digital forms

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in CMS (Content Management Systems), DAM (Digital Asset Management), PIM (product information management) or related technologies
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering technical products in an agile environment
  • Excellent understanding of web technologies, metadata management, and digital asset workflows
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts to various audiences
  • Experience working with third party vendors and integrating their technology into a platform
