How you'll make an impact

The Customer Technology team serves a wide variety of internal teams and Xero customers. We shape the experience for how sales, customer experience, marketing and operations teams do their jobs and help our customers get support and manage their relationship with Xero. We are responsible for sites like Xero Central, Xero Product ideas and Learning as well as features inside our accounting products like accessing support and finding the right apps and services to run their businesses.

As a Product Manager you will be responsible for driving customer and business value through ownership of new and existing products. You will manage products end-to-end, from early-stage research and ideation, through to implementation and improvement over time. Your impact will be measured by key commercial and customer success metrics. You will be comfortable working autonomously where appropriate, with the support of your product leadership team.

What you'll do

• Collaborate across teams to align product development with Xero's strategy and objectives
• Conduct customer research and use insights to inform the product roadmap, ensuring value and viability
• Define and test solutions to customer problems, refining them with team support
• Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategy and effective execution
• Oversee the product lifecycle, from launch to sunset, managing risks, delivery cadence, and performance
