Product Manager - Connectivity Product (M/W/D)

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO CAN:

  • Apply product management, industry, and market expertise to own, create and manage product vision, mission, Roadmap , requirements , scope, backlog and deliveries and align it with Aviv’s strategy, OKRs and targets.
  • Research and analytical skills to track KPIs and determine and measure success, progress, failure or improvements in the product .
  • Lead high-impact platform enablement initiatives, partner closely with many teams across Aviv and drive measurable and mission critical business impact product delivery.
  • Great analytics skill that helps to gain deep understanding on current status and challenges, what is the best target state and how best  transform towards and reach to the defined target state 
  • Have great product delivery skill that is enriched with best of planning, prioritisation, communications & alignments , synchronisation with other teams, dependencies management and risks management.

AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS: 

  • You have several years of product management experience or close collaboration with product managers.
  • You can quickly move from the big picture to technical details as you work through problems with engineering partners and stakeholders. You understand how high-velocity software development teams work and how engineers think.
  • You bring well-formed opinions to discussions but hold them loosely and You can influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to correctly translate and articulate positioning and technology.
  • You never limit your views, understanding and focus to your own scope of work and you see everything end-to-end. you always make sure you are on top of everything, and every impact of your delivery going to make on others or others delivery impacting your work is clearly communicated, aligned and all the key decisions are made with 100% transparency with all stakeholders.
  • You can deliver products with the right mix of reliability, scalability, performance, and feature sets that delight your customers.
  • You are comfortable working autonomously and have a solid understanding and ability to execute on the next steps and deliverables with little to no guidance and can manage and work simultaneously on several different projects.
  • You enjoy taking on something others think is impossible and proving them wrong by challenging current status quo , having never-stop culture on learning, discovering , understanding topics and  solving new problems. 
  • Know integration, API, services, event driven architecture and “platform enabler products” by heart.
  • Having experience in transformation projects where the entire ecosystem is getting updated both from tech and infrastructure as well as business enablement products point of view.
  • Feel comfortable managing many different business and tech stakeholders for different types of new requirements, sometimes conflicting, technical, business and product dependencies in the meantime and in high pressure environment.
