As a Product Manager (Compliance), you’ll be responsible for building platform tools and controls that enable Bitstamp to meet its regulatory obligations while minimizing the impact on customer experience and operational workload. Your role will have a global scope, with high business visibility and impact.

What you'll do
- Drive product discovery and ideation by identifying opportunities and challenges from an evolving market and regulatory landscape.
- Assume accountability for product roadmaps, resource allocation, release cadence, and product performance.
- Build operational maturity and alignment, ensuring flawless execution of features from the “go” decision to release across all channels.
- Collaborate with compliance, risk, and operations teams to establish scalable processes, streamline risk workflows, and develop comprehensive internal enablement and communication plans.
- Partner with product engineering to set the product vision, define the roadmap and specs, and make complex trade-offs.
- Define and monitor KPIs while leading process and workflow improvements and establishing communication protocols.
- Influence Bitstamp’s compliance strategy and be a key contributor to prioritization decisions.
On day one you'll bring
- 3+ years of dedicated and successful product management experience, having both launched new products and optimized existing feature sets.
- Experience working in a fast-moving financial technology environment and/or launching related products.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully engage and influence a broad range of individuals and departments.
- Experience working with internal and external clients and solving their problems in a thoughtful and innovative way.
- Excellent written and communication skills, including experience working with remote development teams.
- Passion for crypto (highly valued).
- Fluency in English.
