Figure is a stealth AI Robotics company developing a general purpose humanoid. Our Humanoid is designed for corporate tasks targeting labor shortages and jobs that are undesirable or unsafe. We are based in Sunnyvale, CA and require 5 days/week in-office collaboration. It’s time to build.
We are looking for a Product Manager to help with the commercial launch of the humanoid fleet. The role works across AI, infrastructure, and product engineering teams. You’ll work closely with engineering and design to build out a roadmap to realize the go-to-market product vision at Figure.
Responsibilities:
- Establish a shared go-to-market product vision and strategy for Figure’s commercial humanoid launch, rooted in a deep understanding of the product domain and customer needs
- Understand the needs of our customers by gathering requirements from business owners and industry participants
- Perform industry research on the highest optimized applications for Figure’s commercial launch
- Reach out and perform extensive conversations with industry participants to better inform our go-to-market strategy, product requirements, and industry standards
- Develop and execute towards a high impact product roadmap in close collaboration with customers, end users, and senior leadership
- Define clear success criteria so requirements and efforts are always focused on the most impactful work
Requirements:
- 2+ years of work experience in go-to-market related fields
- Experience formulating and driving a principled product vision, and being responsible for the narrative with leadership and key team members
- Outstanding communication skills: verbal and written, with engineers, non-technical partners, and executives
- Obsessed with customers and their problems
- Experience leading product development from zero to first release and beyond
