As we scale, we’re looking for a Product Manager to lead payments and checkout experiences across our platform. Payments are the backbone of any business, and this role is critical in optimizing payment integrations, expanding payment methods, and ensuring seamless transactions. From managing bank transfers, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) options to overseeing our core payment engine and third-party integrations, you’ll drive innovation in Kenko’s financial technology ecosystem. This role requires technical expertise, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency, revenue collection, and customer experience, helping fitness businesses optimize their financial operations.   • 4-7 years of product management experience in a SaaS company.
  • UG from a top-tier school (B. Tech or B. Sc in Maths/Statistics/Economics degree preferable) & MBA from a top-tier business school.
  • Expertise in payment integrations and checkout processes is a MUST
  • Experience in Payment integrations (mandatory) - Stripe/Razorpay or related platforms
  • Great communication skills , strong ownership, drive, and the experience of working independently in unstructured environments.
  • Self-starter with proven track record of execution and results - Owned, delivered on roadmap and scaled products.

  • Proficient in Excel, SQL or Python/R and has working knowledge of systems and data architecture.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams within tight timelines to execute on decisions.

  • • User-first mindset with experience in user research , testing and product design.
  • MUST have: Previous work experience in an early-stage start-up.
  • High on customer obsession - deeply understand the customer problem that needs to be solved and translate them into user requirements with detailed specifications.
