The Product Manager will gather and use product, customer and market related insights from different sources, such as customer feedback, sales, analytics and market analysis and competitor analysis to evolve their product area creating software products that deliver value and delight users.

In this role you will “lead” a cross functional development team and work closely UX designers to ideate, test and build the right solutions, working closely with both customers & stakeholders.

You will be highly collaborative with the ability to clearly communicate the product vision, priorities and requirements, with the ability to draw insights from qualitative and quantitative data.

As part of this role, you will coach and mentor junior members of the team. You will receive coaching and support from the head of product & head of UX and be expected to peer review your fellow product mangers work occasionally to support the development of the next stage of your career at BigChange.

Requirements

  • Create, define and own Internal press releases, the product vision, outcome-driven product roadmap/s and backlogs, ensuring their alignment with the wider strategy and vision.
  • Defining requirements and translating technical requirements into a cohesive backlog containing epics, features and user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Build User Story Maps to Support the Big Picture Ruthless prioritisation of the roadmap and backlog, ensuring that your teams remain focussed on solving the most important problems and that they understand the "why" behind what they're building.
  • Lead product development teams and manage development pipelines, coordinate testing efforts and keep delivery on track.
  • Define, measure and monitor product success by defining and implementing product success metric
    Understanding of modern software products (including cloud technology), agile product methodologies, frameworks and principles
