About you:
As a product manager on our Attendee Experience team, you’ll have the opportunity to work with tens of thousands of attendees, startups, investors, partners, VIPs and speakers around the world to deliver industry-leading event software. You will partner closely with designers, engineers, and fulfilment teams to pursue and refine a product vision and strategy for Web Summit’s core attendee experience software.
What you'll achieve at Web Summit
- Develop a product vision, strategy and roadmap informed by customer needs and aligned with business priorities.
- Collaborate with design and engineering to build and iterate on thoughtful customer-facing software
- Work closely with users, customers, and fulfilment teams to deeply understand needs and identify opportunities
- Communicate articulately with team-members, peers, stakeholders, and business leadership
- Own and drive the key product metrics for Attendee Experience, aligning your team’s bets and initiatives to key business outcomes

What we're looking for
- 3+ years experience in a product management role
- Experience working with user-facing mobile software
- Experience shipping and rapidly iterating on well-built, valuable, user-facing software
- Demonstrable experience driving business outcomes with software
- Experience working with agile product squadsExperience with prototyping tools is a plus
