Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product strategy, including defining product goals and objectives, and prioritizing product features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to ensure successful product delivery.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and drive product innovation.
• Define product requirements and work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
• Analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve the product and drive user engagement.
• Monitor key product metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance and drive business results.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure the product remains competitive in the market.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing product support.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Experience with product management tools is a plus
