We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Management Leader to drive the development and growth of our Infrastructure and Platform capabilities. This role requires a unique blend of functional product management skills and technical understanding of platform technologies. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and a hands-on leader who can work cross-functionally to deliver innovative solutions while growing a team of product managers under them. What is the role?
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Infrastructure and Platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to develop and launch new features and products.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform decision-making.
- Provide technical guidance and insights to the team, ensuring the platform’s architecture and technologies align with industry best practices.
- Advocate for the end-user experience, ensuring products are intuitive, reliable, and meet user needs.
- Oversee the product budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and alignment with financial goals.
- Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Minimum of 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure and data platform technologies, including cloud computing, data storage, and networking.
- Proven track record of successfully managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
